Sckali – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all services offered by Sckali, a multi-vendor marketplace selling clothing, cosmetics, and beauty products. By accessing the Sckali website or mobile application, creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Sckali" refers to the multi-vendor e-commerce platform operating under the laws of Qatar.

1.2 "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Sckali platform, including customers and vendors.

1.3 "Vendor" refers to third-party sellers registered on Sckali to list and sell products.

1.4 "Products" refer to any goods listed or sold through the Sckali platform.

1.5 "Services" include product listing, purchasing, payments, delivery, customer support, and related marketplace operations.

1.6 "Website" refers to https://sckali.com or any other domains or mobile applications associated with Sckali.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or make purchases on Sckali.

2.2 Legal Capacity: Users affirm they are legally allowed to enter binding contracts and comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

2.3 Vendor Eligibility: Vendors must provide valid business registration documents, tax information, and comply with local commerce laws to sell on Sckali.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

3.2 Each User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account activity.

3.3 Sckali reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

3.4 Vendors are responsible for keeping store information, product details, and pricing accurate and up-to-date.

4. Product Listings and Orders

4.1 Vendors are responsible for the authenticity, legality, and quality of products listed on Sckali.

4.2 Sckali does not guarantee product availability; stock levels are determined by individual vendors.

4.3 All orders are subject to acceptance by the respective vendor. Sckali may cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

4.4 Product images, descriptions, and pricing are the responsibility of the vendor. Sckali is not liable for discrepancies.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payments are processed through secure payment gateways integrated into Sckali.

5.2 Sckali may charge transaction fees, service fees, or commissions on vendor sales as communicated in the vendor agreement.

5.3 Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds when placing orders. Failed payments may result in order cancellation.

5.4 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Sckali's Return & Refund Policy.

6. User Obligations

6.1 Users must not use Sckali for illegal or unauthorized activities, including fraud, money laundering, or sale of prohibited items.

6.2 Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Sckali policies while using the platform.

6.3 Users agree not to attempt unauthorized access to Sckali’s systems or other accounts.

7. Vendor Obligations

7.1 Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and ensure accurate shipping information.

7.2 Vendors must comply with consumer protection laws, including product labeling, safety, and warranty requirements.

7.3 Vendors are responsible for handling customer returns, refunds, and complaints according to Sckali policies.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Sckali is a platform provider and does not own or sell products directly. Liability for product quality, delivery, or compliance rests with the vendor.

8.2 Sckali is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from platform use, including lost profits or damages.

8.3 Users acknowledge that internet transactions carry inherent risks, and Sckali is not responsible for errors caused by connectivity or technical failures.

9. Termination

9.1 Sckali may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

9.2 Users may close their account at any time, subject to pending obligations or transactions.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar.

10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Qatar.

11. Amendments

11.1 Sckali reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform with the new Effective Date.

11.2 Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
