Sckali – Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines conditions under which customers can return products and request refunds from Sckali Multi-Vendor Marketplace. By purchasing from Sckali, you agree to these terms.

1.1 All products are inspected before shipping; customers must review items upon delivery.

2.1 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2.2 Items that are personalized, intimate wear, or perishable are not eligible for return.

2.3 Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3.2 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to vendor error or product defect.

3.3 Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

4.1 Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

4.2 Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

4.3 Items marked as final sale or promotional discounts as specified by vendors.

5.1 Customers must contact Sckali Support or the respective vendor through the platform to initiate a return.

5.2 Support will provide instructions for shipping and processing the return.
